Residential Roof Repair
Sometimes, all that your roof needs are some minor repairs. If some shingles have blown off or come detached, it’s much more cost-effective to get them repaired rather than let weather penetrate the underlying materials and cause more costly damage. Minor roof repairs should be part of your annual roof maintenance routine.
Commercial & Industrial Roofing Systems
When you’re running a business, it’s easy to forget about the roof of your building. Do you have a maintenance crew that does regular roof checks? Do you know the last time your commercial or industrial roof was replaced? A free inspection will ensure your commercial or industrial roof is ready for this year’s storm season. It’s also an opportunity to reduce your energy bills by installing a UV reflective, energy-efficient roofing system.
Types of Commercial Roofing Systems
Titan Roofing & Construction can replace, repair, or build a variety of different types of commercial roofing systems. Each system comes with unique benefits that may be best for your building. Once we talk with you and do an inspection, we’ll walk you through your options.
Single-Ply Membrane Systems
A time-tested option for commercial, industrial and manufacturing facilities. Single-Ply membranes are sheets of rubber and other synthetics that can be ballasted, mechanically fastened or chemically adhered to insulation creating a layer of watertight protection. TPO single-ply membranes are white and highly reflective helping reduce cooling costs for your building.
Built-Up Roof Systems
Commercial and industrial buildings have been constructed with built-up roofing systems for over 100 years. They are sometimes referred to as “tar and gravel” roofs. They’re installed by alternating layers of asphalt or tar and supporting fabrics directly onto the roof. They are waterproof, provide UV protection, and require minimal maintenance.
Metal Roof Systems
One of the oldest and most trusted systems, metal roofing systems typically consist of galvanized steel. Since it’s a lighter weight material, a metal roof can often be installed on top of an existing roof. A coating is then added for waterproofing, rust protection, and UV protection. The fire resistance factor is attractive for many industrial manufacturers.
Shingle Roof Systems
Mostly known for residential roofing applications, shingles are very often used for steep slope commercial roofing applications as well. Shingles can be made from wood, slate, metal, plastic, ceramic and asphalt. They come in nearly any color imaginable, can be hail rated, are cost-effective and easy to repair.
Roof Maintenance Contracts
Both business owners and homeowners can benefit from a roof maintenance contract. Titan Roofing & Construction takes over the monitoring and maintenance, saving you time and hassle. We’re able to identify significant issues before critical damage occurs, costing you more. Regular roof maintenance and inspection can increase the lifespan of your roof significantly. You can customize your roofing maintenance contract for your unique needs and circumstances.
- Over 80% of roofs get replaced prematurely
- Building owners spend more than $127,000 on roofing over the life of a building
- The average cost of a new commercial roof is over $42,000, while repairs, maintenance, and restoration all cost many thousands less than a roof replacement
- Roof Maintenance contracts usually cost 1-3% per year of total replacement costs
A roof maintenance program can save up to 50% over the life of a 30-year roof rather than replacing it every 15-20 years.
Gutter Installations
When is the last time you examined your gutters? Gutters don’t last forever, and once they start to fail, water will start to damage your siding and foundation. You can tell if gutters need attention by checking for cracks or splits. Peeling paint, rust marks, and pools of water or mildew around your foundation are other signs to look for. Sagging gutters means supporting brackets have failed, or the gutters are rotted.
Types of Gutters
Residential gutters are typically 5 inches in diameter, while commercial gutters have a 6-inch diameter. Gutters come in a variety of different materials.
- Galvanized Steel
- Copper
- Zinc
- Aluminum
- Stone
- Wood
- PVC
The materials are usually matched to the design of your property. Each material comes with a different lifespan rating. If you need help deciding on which type of gutter system would best suit the needs of your home or business, we can help. We source the gutters from local and trusted manufacturers and complete the installation in one day.
